The verdict
This hole-in-the wall café is a little beacon of light on the Spring Hill dining scape. With a bustling, not busy, atmosphere Sisco makes a great place to have a lazy weekend brunch without feeling like you're being hustled out the door. Their engaging staff and courtyard out the back give it extra points.
Sisco excel at simple fare using locally-sourced produce that never fails to impress. Their scrambled eggs are a must-try and they can always be counted on to make a great coffee.
