The Verdict
A raging success in Sydney, Sushi & Nori has finally landed at Brisbane's newest dining precinct, King Street in Bowen Hills. Sunny Kim's Kaiseki sushi train, paired with modern asian cuisine is the perfect pit-stop for your hungry belly.
The prawn tempura udon is all kinds of light and crispy goodness—the Japanese noodles they source are known for their smooth texture and strong body—and their hand-made sushi off the train is damn right exceptional! Don't forget about green tea ice-cream served with strawberries and sweet potato flakes. Heaven.
