The Verdict
Ramen is life. FACT. Soup-y goodness that feeds our bellies and our souls, we truly could eat it on the daily—no questions asked. However, not all ramen is made equal (heck no), and it can be a strenuous search to find the perfect soup.
One place that nails it every single time, though? Taro's Ramen. The 80-seat venue features a good mix of their iconic dishes (ramen—of course!) alongside delectable side dishes, Japanese sake and shochu. Meanwhile, they've just dropped a huge bombshell on Bris: they're serving up vegan ramen as of right freaking now. You have a choice between classic, red and (if you're feeling brave) fire. But either way, it's vegan ramen guys. Enough said.
