Between the charming brick facades and lively laneways of Brisbane’s inner-city heritage precinct The Barracks comes a bold new flavour designation—inspired by the elemental trio of grape, grain and dough.

Tellus Bar & Dining is named after the Lain word for ‘earth’, which perfectly captures the grounded menu captured across three key pillars. ‘Grape’ forms the basis of the expansive wine program—we’re talking 30 wines by the glass and 70 by the bottle across both old and new-world selection. ‘Grain’ embodies the rich Latin-inspired food menu with the likes of slow-braised wagyu short rib with Lebanese pickled cucumber, dry aged duck breast in Sichuan pepper oil, and truffle fried rice. As for ‘dough’, Tellus’ outdoor breakfast offering Alfresco +1 will see the venue team up with local fave Picnic Cafe for coffee and pastries in the morning. 

Tellus Bar & Dining is now open for breakfast, with lunch and dinner launching from 1 July.
