The Boundary Hotel

Riddle time! What has ten beach umbrellas, five bars, a laneway and its own pizza oven? After a Hollywood-esque makeover, West End’s oldest pub is looking fresh, fine, and ready for your dining pleasure. Whether you’re sinking those Sunday afternoon woes over a beer at the Public Bar or settling in with a rosé in the open-air Backyard, The Boundary Hotel has learned more than a few new tricks.

This isn't just a spot for a drink though, and with new Head Chef Andrew Musk in the kitchen, The Boundary's dining menu is better than ever. Though your pub favourites like burgers, pizzas and the iconic chicken schnitty are there for the ordering, you might want to pass them up for share plates like the char grilled octopus, prawn tostadas and spicy lamb ribs, or bigger feeds like the whole lamb shoulder with rosemary potatoes. Our pick though, would have to be the prawn roll—fancy AND delicious. 

The Boundary is open for business all day, everyday, serving coffee and snacks from 7am and lunch and dinner from noon until late into the evening.
