A build-your-own-cake bar has just landed on Brisbane’s southside, letting you assemble the exact sweet treat you’ve been craving.
From the flavour to the icing and the most important part (toppings), The Cake Bar puts you in charge. Choose from classic flavours like vanilla bean, rich chocolate and red velvet alongside rotating specials, pick your buttercream, and then curate your masterpiece with everything from Biscoff crumbs to raspberries, sour straps, M&Ms and Oreo. There are also drizzles like pistachio and Nutella to provide the perfect finishing touch.
Sold? Then make sure you scoot on over to Westfield Mt Gravatt ASAP, as The Cake Bar is only sticking around as a three-month pop-up. You’ll find it on Level 2 next to Mecca Maxima.
