The Lab, in Brisbane’s CBD, is an uber luxe and decadently delicious dining experience. The multi award-winning restaurant sits nestled away in the grounds of the heritage Treasury Hotel and dishes up modern Australian fare.

Sit by one of the restaurant’s giant bay windows and watch the world go by outside as you peruse the menu. Delights such as the scallop with exotic mushrooms, cauliflower, and eschallots will blow your mind—and your taste buds—, while the salmon will wow you with its next-level flavour profile; think rainforest lime and caper farro, spinach, potato glass, leek aioli...yum! Meanwhile, the great southern lamb rack will leave you feeling proud as punch of our, er, great southern land.

No visit to The Lab is complete without dessert, either, and one look at the dessert menu will give you serious sugar cravings—try and say no, we dare you.
