TotalFusion Morningside

After a long wait, TotalFusion is finally opening in Morningside on 1 February. If you're familiar with the TotalFusion brand, you'll know that this isn't just any gym. With state-of-the-art group training rooms (and classes you won't find anywhere else), boujee shower rooms, recovery spaces and an enthusiastic team of trainers and staff, it's easy to see why it has a cult following—and now east siders can get a piece of the action. 

The new Morningside gym will be even more impressive—as well as six different studios for each of their different class types (reformer, yoga, pilates, run club, functional and cycle), it will feature an enourmous gym floor, child minding AND a luxe wellness centre with hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, float rooms and more.
