Watch out Brisbane, 'cause Burleigh's egg-sperts are coming to South Bank this May. The market for breakfast burgers has just expanded with Two Yolks bringing their oozy eggs sandwiched between layers of juicy, meaty goodness, melty cheese and sauce to the table—their Burleigh menu boasts no less than 12 different breakfast burgers, so you can bet that however you like your eggs, you're going to be covered here.

From the mastermind behind Finn Poke (which is also heading our way) and Sydney’s Daily Greens, Two Yolks was created with the help of prestigious Los Angeles chef, Charles Olalia, who lends his Michelin Star pedigree to a retro, laid-back dining experience. The new store will be open for breakfast through to dinner, so you can get your egg-fix at any hour of the day.

If eggs for lunch isn't your style, there'll be plenty of other stacked offerings on the menu, including a Bourdain-inspired mortadella burger that we hear will be a must-try. Stay tuned for more details and a look inside when they open.
