The Verdict
Run by award-winnning chef Mel Alafaci, Vanilla Zulu is a budding chef's one-stop shop for learning everything there is to know about cooking. With a focus on creating fresh, fast and simply delicious meals, you'll leave Vanilla Zulu raring to get back into the kitchen.
You can choose your own 'culinary adventure', whether it be a team building cooking class, a traditional cooking class, a six week chefs skills course or private events (company-wide MKR challenge, anyone?). And don't leave without taking home some of Mel's 'culinary bling,' whether it's a jar of Culinary Spray Tan (a spice mix to give your food some colour), pistachio and cumin dust or edible petals.
