Red Hill's Vikasati understands the importance of this, so they've created a space where you can work on all three under one roof, including a gym, cafe and a stunning new bathhouse. 

With a boutique gym offering personal training, small group classes and open equipment, and a cafe serving up nutritious food and drinks, they've got your inside and outside covered. It's their new outdoor bathhouse that has our attention though—a blissful, open air space where you'll find a hot and cold plunge pool, two ice baths, a Finnish hot rock sauna, an infrared sauna and a range of remedial treatments. 

Though holistic health is the goal, you don't have to be a gym member to hit the bathhouse—you can book in for a 90 minute casual session for $44 if you've got your workouts covered elsewhere.  You ca also book a private 45 minute infrared sauna session for $35 for one person or $45 for two if you don't like to share, or get unlimited weekly visits to the bathhouse for $79 a week.
