The Verdict
In recent years, Wolff Coffee Roasters' master roaster, Peter Wolff, has completely revamped Brisbane's coffee scene, taking our daily caffeinating ritual and turning it into an artform in every conceivable respect. Now the operation behind the flavourscapes of Dandelion & Driftwood, Queen of Pops and some of Brisbane's finest coffee is coming out from the shadows of wholesale and into plain view.
Punters can learn, sip and generally worship their favourite forms of charge at Wolff Rost Haus, the latest institution in the Brisbane coffee scene.
