The Brisbane-born cookie brand that’s snagged the world’s sweet tooth has just opened its very first Gold Coast flagship.

Brooki Bakehouse is bringing the chewy goodness to Broadbeach, just steps from the beach on Surf Parade. While Gold Coasters have already been privy to a Brooki kiosk at Pacific Fair and a new kiosk is set to open at Gold Coast Airport on 17 June, the Broadbeach flagship offers the full experience. Think cookies baked fresh onsite throughout the day and even founder Brooke Bellamy herself behind the counter on the opening weekend.

“So many Australians find Brooki for the first time on a Queensland holiday—and for years, the Gold Coast has been the number one place our customers have asked us to open,” said Bellamy. “Surf Parade in Broadbeach is exactly where our people are, so it’s time we bring Brooki to them.”

Like Brooki’s biggest flagship in South Brisbane that just opened last week, the Broadbeach location will offer late-night trading from 10am to 10pm daily—perfect for those who need to end their day with a sweet treat. You can expect their best-selling cookie range like the red velvet, Nutella, Biscoff and New York, plus the good ol’ chocolate chip made with golden buttery dough and loaded with milk chocolate chips.

It was around this time last year when Brooki announced it was opening its first location outside of Brisbane in Pac Fair. Since then, the cookie empire is expanding with flagships in Sydney and Melbourne just around the corner.

Brooki Bakehouse Broadbeach is now open at 88 Surf Parade, Broadbeach.
