Robina Town Centre’s brand sparkling new eatery—that’s already wildly popular in Brisbane—Suki is serving up two of this year’s hottest food trends: build-your-own poke bowls together with their sushi and burrito mashups.
In case you haven’t had your fill of these delicious bowls of goodness, Suki is bringing its own take on the traditional Hawaiian dish to the Gold Coast. Tapping into the healthy eating set, poke is all about the good stuff: cured raw fish such as tuna, salmon and kingfish (or organic tofu and katsu chicken) traditionally on a bed of rice (but you'll be able to choose from quinoa and kelp, too!) and served with a plethora of veggies and dressings. Making these little bowls not only filling, but tasty to boot.
A first on the Coast, we know you’re busting to try Suki’s delicious sushi burritos (you’ll get over the weirdness of it once you try them—promise!). Just as the name suggests, think: an oversized sushi roll, seaweed wrapped and shaped like a burrito. And fortunately, you won’t have to wait long.
