On Good Friday and Easter Monday, you can settle in for a boozy two-hour lunch which includes free-flowing Bollinger Champagne for a modest $150.
Anyone getting stuck into a little Bollinger would be expecting a meal to match, and that’s something Stokehouse are very aware of, too. Included in the price is a two-course meal.
On the entree front, you can choose between seasonal crudo with burnt citrus dressing and fine herbs or Sommerset tomatoes with housemade feta, melon and gazpacho dressing. While the mains selection consists of Masala spiced spaghetti squash, steamed blue eye cod with kombu lemon butter and Yarra Valley caviar or Altair grass-fed sirloin with bone marrow creme fraiche, roast onion and salsa verde.
