Outdoor movie powerhouse, Open Air Cinema, has teamed up once again with Disney+ to get Melburnians out and about in a COVID-safe fashion with a contactless drive-in cinema.
After being stuck indoors for a good part of last year, the much-needed social outings are set to take place in Brisbane first at Melbourne Showgrounds, screening nothing but bangers and classics from the Disney+ catalogue and beyond from Tuesday 23 February.
On the bill are blockbusters, mood-lifters and classics, including Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel, Titanic, Deadpool, Little Miss Sunshine, and even a throwback to Speed.
Passes for Melbourne are on sale now, coming in at $47.64 per car. As expected, tickets are being snapped up at haste, so it’s recommended you bite the bullet and get yours sooner rather than later.
Make a day of it and scope out on of Melbourne's best boozy brunches earlier on.
