After a long two-year hiatus, the beloved Good Food and Wine Show, presented by Citi, is finally back in Melbourne and kicking off with a bang for 2022, promising a stellar array of Victoria's greatest chefs, eateries and produce to get your senses sizzling.
To support some of our greatest local restaurants after such a difficult period for the hospitality industry, the fabulous team at TheFork has created the Eat Local Restaurant Pop-Up with three of Melbourne's hottest eateries: Pinchy's, D'Silva's Fried Chicken and 400 Gradi. You can grab an entree from one restaurant and a main at another, before moving back to your private dedicated seating area and bar to get cosy with your crew.

Pinchy's
From their bright funky 'grammable interiors to their mouthwatering lobster rolls or sleek boozy cocktails, Pinchy's has become a much-loved city institution, and it's not hard to tell why. For one weekend only during the festival, the sensational team will be leaving their Bourke Street headquarters to make fine dining accessible to all—serving up some serious seafood and champagne. Think Alaska King Crab Rolls, Lobster Rolls, Snapper Croquettes and truffle fries. Yum.
D'Sylva's Fried Chicken
A staple on almost every list of Melbourne's best fried chicken, you're guaranteed that D'Sylva's will appear again and again. Chicken master and owner/chef extraordinaire Adam D'Sylva has gained global accolades boasting modern and eclectic takes on the humble fried dish that will leave you desperate for more. The menu will include the famous 'Adam's burger' jam-packed with toasty panko crumbs, secret spices (we've already asked, he won't tell us…) and tangy sauces and sides to thrill and delight. We can't wait.
400 Gradi
These talented folks at 400 Gradi have created the empire with seven Victorian-based restaurants, even expanding internationally with a gorgeous new Dallas location in the US. Their concept is simple; they believe that they're the masters of the 'true Naples pizza' (you'll see 'La Vera Pizza Napoletana' on all of their signage), specialising in rustic flavours even the pickiest Italian would approve. They're keeping it authentic for the festival with three classic dishes; their to-die-for polpette meatballs, their traditional favourite margherita, diavola or mushroom pizzas, and the beloved cacio e pepe pasta dish. Bellissimo!
