Get Fancy With Lavazza’s Coffee Caviar Dessert

The coffee greats behind Lavazza have crafted a fancy take on the trendy caviar bumps via packing a caffeine punch, and it's all yours to try at this year's Australian GP. It's called Coffee Caviar, and the dessert resembles the look and texture of the delicacy but instead of taking a bump of fish roe, the slick tin is filled with delicate caviar-like pearls that burst with an intense coffee flavour.

It's going down at the Lavazza Atrium during cocktail hour from 3pm to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Note: you'll need a Hospitality Experience ticket to access this one.

Twice baked, golden, buttery and flaky—these bad boys will sell out quicker than Max Verstappen can complete his first lap.
