Lume’s Giant New French Impressionism Experience With Monet, Renoir And More

By

A large room filled with digital displays of artwork.

Lume's immersive digital gallery has been wowing Melburnians with its floor-to-ceiling display renditions of Van Gogh artwork for quite some time now.

With its popularity at an all-time high, the gallery has just announced its next upcoming experience; a complete takeover of the 19th-century painting art movement, French Impressionism.

The colourful and floral heavy exhibition will feature the all-stars of the art period, including Claude Monet, Pierre Auguste Renoir, Paul Cézanne and Édouard Manet.

Alongside the artwork, the entire space will be filled with accompanying sounds to compliment the period's aesthetic as well as select aromas, and even a choreographed dance performance inspired by Monet's 'Woman With A Parasol' artwork.

Lume's new exhibition is set to open this coming Wednesday 26 October, secure your tickets here
