Summer might be over but that doesn’t mean the rooftop bar vibes have to stop. That’s why several hospitality heavyweights—aka food wizards—are joining forces this April at Johnny’s Green Room to bring you the ultimate Tex-Mex rooftop party.
Taking over the stunning venue will be Casey Wall (chef and owner at Bar Liberty and Capitano) and Chris Watson (Meatsmith and Wats-on the BBQ), slinging delicious Mexican/American-inspired dishes. You’ll be able to chow down on tacos, quesadillas and fried chicken sandwiches with chipotle mayo while bopping along to DJ Chico G sick tunes. If that’s not a party, we don’t know what is. Garage Project will also have their Golden Path IPA on tap to sip (for only $12 a pint, whaaaat?) while you soak in those city views.
But wait, there’s more—the legends at Pidapipo will also be there to add to the fun, with special gelato tacos on offer. How can you possibly say no now?
The Tex-Mex Takeover will kick off at noon on Sunday, 11 April, so mark your calendars.
