Let’s be honest, when you roll out of bed on New Year’s Day, you’re going to want a rather large coffee (or a hair-of-the-dog tipple). Luckily, there are plenty of places open on New Year’s Day in Melbourne/Naarm for all your hangover needs. You won’t want to cook your own food either, right? Don’t stress, we’ve got you covered for that too.

Here’s what’s open New Year’s Day in Melbourne from cafes and restaurants to bars, pubs and events—if you’re up for it.
