Calling all dessert fiends: this Korean delicacy has just hit Melbourne's shores in all its sugary glory.
Bingsu is a shaved ice dessert with various sweet toppings, which you can now tuck into at Scoopy Milk Bar at HWKR.
With four delicious flavours to choose from, including iced coffee, Mörk chocolate and the ever-popular Thai milk tea flavour (in case you’re wondering why it’s so popular: it’s flooded with an array of fruity pebbles, whipped cream, and served with a side of condensed milk), there’s plenty to come back for again and again.
