Monday 24th April
Much Ado About Nothing
Shakespeare’s comedy classic Much Ado About Nothing is playing today! There’s two sessions—one at 3pm and one at 7.30pm—to suit your schedule. Live music and actors at the Pop Up Globe will take you back to ye olden days.
Questioning New Zealand' s masculine culture, the Auckland Theatre Company presents Boys. It will be explore what has changed and what hasn't, with events from the 1980's up until the Chiefs stripper scandal and the recent Wellington Boy's online faux pas. Join the journey from 7pm at ASB's Waterfront theatre.
Tuesday 25th April
A participatory art event called Light Bells is popping up at Aotea Square for the school holidays—swap your interactive devices for this interactive art. Create your own musical and visual masterpiece on this six-metre high sculptture. Who needs social media when you can have this kind of fun?
Wednesday 26th April
Glow Worm Walk
Meet at Totara park in Manurewa for a magical and natural light show: Glow Worm Walk. Bring some warm clothes, walking shoes and a torch to see some bugs of the bioluminescent and not bioluminescent variety. When the torches are turned off, it’ll be worth that walk.
