Viet Sandwich
The Verdict
If there’s one thing the Vietnamese do well, it’s food—particularly bánh mì. You can get your Vietnamese sammie fix at Elliott Street’s Viet Sandwich pop-up eatery. For a quick and easy lunch on the go, swing past and pick up a bánh mì stuffed with the likes of grilled pork, beef stew, meatballs, lemongrass chicken and vegetarian ‘ham’. If you’re after something lighter, they also have fresh rice paper summer rolls and noodle salads. Whatever you opt for, rest assured all their dishes are fresh and very very flavoursome.
