Perth’s Ultimate VIP Rooftop Experience Terms & Conditions
- Prize: 1x VIP Rooftop Experience for up to 10 guests, including VIP entry, personal wait staff and food & beverage to the value of $800.
- Total prize valued at $800
- Full amount ($800) to be used towards food and drinks
- Minimum $100 to be used towards food, with the remaining amount to be used towards beverages
- Full tab must be used on the same day. Unused tab cannot be transferred or refunded
- Valid until Saturday 30th April 2016, for use Monday – Sunday, from 11am-10pm, excluding Public Holidays
- Prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance with The Aviary Function Coordinator by contacting 08 9226 0259 or functions@theaviaryperth.com.au
- VIP Tables are positioned in an area where smoking is permitted. If this is a problem for your event, then please advise the function coordinator before your arrival date and The Aviary will endeavour to provide an alternative
- If you are running late, tables are held for 15 minutes only
- Priority entry is available for a half hour window, for example if your booking is make for 7.00pm, your guests will gain priority entry from 7.00pm – 7.30pm
- No fancy dress is permitted anywhere within the venue
- Dress Code: Smart, neat, casual dress at all times, no singlets, no thongs after 6pm, no “fluro” workman uniform, ripped or torn clothing, excessive holes are not allowed. No offensive t-shirts, neat dress shorts are okay any time, no trainers/running shoes, steel toe cap or skate shoes are permitted after 6pm or on a Friday and Saturday, no sports club insignia, unless particular events or promotions allow it. The management have the right to refuse entry based on meeting The Aviary’s dress code.
