Filipino comfort food lovers, this one’s for you. Mary Grace (the cult-favourite bakery famous for its pillowy Ensaymadas and melt-in-your-mouth Cheese Rolls) is officially making its first international leap, and naturally, they’ve chosen Singapore as home. While the full cafe won’t open its doors until the first half of 2026, you won’t have to wait that long for a taste. The brand is teasing its arrival with an online-exclusive Christmas pop-up this November and December, giving us a delicious sneak peek of what’s to come.

Born in a humble home kitchen back in 1994, Mary Grace started as founder Mary Grace Dimacali’s love letter to her family, the kind stitched together with butter, sugar, and a whole lot of heart. What began as small batches sold at local bazaars eventually blossomed into over 140 cafes across the Philippines. Even today, the brand stays true to its roots: warmth, connection and that unmistakable “you’re home now” feeling the moment you tuck into one of its classic bakes.

And soon, Singaporeans will get their very own version of that cosy magic. The upcoming cafe is set to mirror the charm of its Philippine outlets. Think warm lighting, rustic touches, and the scent of fresh pastries drifting through the space. Expect signature favourites like their iconic Ensaymadas and velvety Cheese Rolls, alongside Singapore exclusives crafted just for us. It’s designed to be the kind of place where you linger over hot chocolate, catch up with loved ones, and maybe (definitely) order seconds.

But first, Christmas. The pop-up will feature Mary Grace’s greatest hits: their cloud-soft Ensaymadas topped with premium aged Edam, and those dangerously moreish Cheese Rolls with a creamy centre and a sugar-dusted crust that caramelises beautifully when warmed. Pre-orders open here on 21 November, with freshly baked treats delivered on selected dates from 25 November onwards. And if history’s any indication (their past pop-ups sold out fast), you’ll want to get in early.
