Singapore’s getting its very first Chick-fil-A, and leading the charge is homegrown F&B veteran Chyn Koh—the brand’s first local Owner-Operator in Asia. With more than 20 years in the industry (including running six super successful sandwich spots), Chyn’s all about people-first leadership, the kind that believes when you take care of your team, they’ll take care of everything else. For him, this gig isn’t just a career move, it’s a heart project built on purpose, care, and good chicken sandwiches.

When Chick-fil-A announced its plans to land in Singapore, Chyn knew he had to be part of it. The brand’s genuine, purpose-driven culture struck a chord, perfectly aligning with his belief that hospitality is more than efficiency, it’s about making people feel seen and valued. As the father of a teenager, Chyn also sees this chapter as a chance to lead by example, to show what courage, heart, and doing meaningful work really looks like.

As Singapore gears up for Chick-fil-A’s debut in late 2025, Chyn’s focused on building a team and space that radiate warmth, where kindness, care, and consistency are on the menu every day. He’s also planning to give back through local community partnerships and youth programs. And yes, he’s already picked his go-to order: the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, naturally. Simple, thoughtful, and unforgettable, just like the experience he hopes to bring to Singapore.
