Mandai’s Exploria Is Opening In March With Dinosaurs, Desert Simulators And A 4m LED Globe

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is launching Exploria, a 10,000-square-metre indoor multimedia attraction that’s set to open on 3 March 2026.
Billed as one of Southeast Asia’s largest nature-themed immersive experiences, Exploria is designed to pull you into five distinct “worlds” that spotlight Earth’s hidden systems, from prehistoric giants to microscopic life and deep-sea darkness.
You’ll start at Our Interconnected World, anchored by a four-metre LED globe called the Biopool that pulses in response to visitor interaction. There’s also a signature light-and-sound spectacle that lasts around four minutes, The Planet Awakens, which kicks things off with a full-blown sensory moment.

Inside Realm of the Giants, expect an eight-minute 360-degree theatre show sweeping through 500 million years of life on Earth, plus AR windows that bring Mesozoic creatures back to life. Over at Micro Worlds, projection domes and interactive glass orbs magnify plankton, fungi and insect colonies that quietly keep the planet ticking. Bitdeer AI Extreme Frontiers ups the intensity with simulator rooms with polar habitats and a heated desert space recreating the Namaqua chameleon’s world.
Elsewhere, Infinite Wonderland dives into rainforest and coral reef biodiversity, while World of Darkness explores cave systems and the deep ocean, spotlighting species adapted to total blackness.
Every visitor gets an RFID wristband to create a digital avatar, unlock “Hidden Gems”, collect species badges and track progress on a live scoreboard. There are around 200 digital badges to collect – spotting it all is going to take a whole family, and day.

Exploria opens 3 March 2026, operating from 11am to 8pm on weekdays, and until 9pm on weekends and public holidays. Standard tickets are priced at $38 for adults and $28 for children and students, with discounted rates for local residents via WildPass membership. Limited-time bundles including collectible blind boxes created with Singapore-based designer Mighty Jaxx run until 31 May.
Exploria is located at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, 80 Mandai Lake Road.
