Scoot’s Taking Off Again With Four Fresh Destinations In Indonesia
Get ready to pack those carry-ons as Scoot’s spreading its wings with four new routes across Indonesia, giving you even more ways to escape the city and chase some sun. From December 2025, the low-cost carrier will jet off to Labuan Bajo, Medan, Palembang, and Semarang with each destination serving up its own blend of adventure, culture, and unbeatable eats.
Nature lovers, you’ll want first dibs on Labuan Bajo—the gateway to Komodo National Park and home to jaw-dropping island views and crystal-clear waters that practically beg for a snorkel sesh. Over in Medan, expect a lively city vibe that’s just a stone’s throw from Lake Toba, the world’s largest volcanic lake. Meanwhile, Palembang dishes up a mix of rich history and iconic eats while Semarang charms with its Dutch colonial facades and buzzing street food scene.
Scoot’s new flights will roll out between December 2025 and February 2026, with fares starting from just $108. Plus, the airline’s upping flight frequencies to other Southeast Asian favourites like Bangkok, Bali, Koh Samui, and Penang, just in time for your year-end getaway. So consider this your sign to start planning that long-overdue trip.
