Singapore Cocktail Crossover Is Landing This June With Citywide Pop-Ups And A Festival Finale
Singapore’s cocktail scene is getting a brand-new festival this June with the debut of Singapore Cocktail Crossover (SGCX), a six-day citywide celebration running 9–14 June 2026. Built around the theme “Cocktails x Lifestyle – As One,” the inaugural event will transform neighbourhood bars and heritage districts across the city into a playground for drinks, culture, and creativity. Rather than a single venue takeover, SGCX spreads across Singapore with collaborations between bartenders, chefs, artists, and musicians designed to bring cocktail culture beyond the bar counter.
The first half of the festival, from 9–12 June, will feature a rolling line-up of pop-ups, guest shifts, and bar takeovers across Singapore’s heritage neighbourhoods. Expect cocktail and food pairings, spirits-meets-art showcases, immersive workshops, and live music-led drinking sessions each highlighting the creativity and diversity of the city’s hospitality scene.

The final weekend, 13–14 June, culminates in a two-day experiential festival at the newly opened METT Singapore, where you can sample drinks from a heavyweight international roster of bars ranked on The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists. Participating venues include Bar Leone (Hong Kong), Zest (Seoul), Hope & Sesame (Guangzhou), Sip and Guzzle (New York City), G.O.D. (Bangkok), Drywave Cocktail Studio (Bangkok), and Caretakers Cottage (Melbourne), alongside chefs, artists, and musicians contributing to the festival’s cross-disciplinary programming.
The festival is spearheaded by four industry heavyweights: Vijay Mudaliar (Native, Analogue Initiative), Peter Chua (Night Hawk), Henry Stonham (former Project Head of Bar Convent Singapore), and Caryn Cheah, founder of events company Lil Big. Together, the team aims to create a community-led platform that celebrates Singapore’s bar talent while weaving cocktails into wider lifestyle spaces like art, fashion, music, and food.
Supported by partners including The Orientalist Spirits, William Grant & Sons, Rémy Cointreau, Suntory Global Spirits, Brown-Forman, Campari Group, Singha, and Perrier, the inaugural event is expected to draw more than 2,500 guests across its six-day run and positioning Singapore as a key meeting point for cocktail culture in the Asia-Pacific region.
