Which love language do you speak? It’s long been suggested that there are five ways of displaying affection—physical touch, words of affirmation, quality time, gift giving, and acts of service—and chances are you lean more towards one than the others in your relationships.
But the experts at Swisse reckon there’s another love language we’re missing—acts of wellness—and simply sharing yours with Swisse could land you $1000 to spend towards an epic holiday with Luxury Escapes.
The giveaway comes as Swisse has declared 2025 the year of “functional romance”, which might not sound that sexy, but it’s basically a form of expressing love through intentional actions that encourage those you love to look after their physical and mental wellbeing.

It seems Aussies are already doing it in droves. Research from Swisse reveals that 87 per cent of Aussies say they're the ones to look after their partner’s health and wellness in a relationship, and 73 per cent consider “looking after others’ wellness” to be the ultimate way of showing and receiving love.
We’re talking things like booking their doctor’s appointments, swapping their coffee for herbal tea or heading to the chemist to restock the magnesium supplements they like to have on hand after a punishing gym workout.
Now, simply by sharing any act of wellness you’ve done for a friend, family member, lover or stranger, you could win one of three $1000 Luxury Escapes gift cards—so you can treat a special someone to a cheeky trip to show how much you care.

All you have to do is head to the Swisse website and fill out the super simple form to be in with a chance to win. You need to submit your entry by July 9, and the three lucky winners will be announced on July 10. (T&Cs can be found on the website.)
