Coast Store

Home is where the heart is, and whether your humble abode is on the Sunshine Coast or you’re just dropping in, the Coast has some of Australia’s best spots to stock up on homewares, furniture, and textiles.

To help you up your game in the design department, we’ve put together a bunch of the trendiest homeware stores that’ll turn you into an interior design aficionado.

From coastal vibes to vintage finds, we’ve got you covered with this hit list of the best homewares stores on the Sunshine Coast.

Hello Trader

Maroochydore

Pack your credit card, because after five minutes gawking over everything in Hello Trader, you’ll be spending up big. From giant cane trimmed mirrors, ridiculously soft towels, rattan bed heads, velvet palm tree cushions and loads of natural vases, you could seriously kit out your entire home at this Maroochydore homewares store. They also have an amazing selection of gifts (cards, candles, tea, etc.) and design-related books.

Clo Studios

Noosa

From the talented minds of a mother and daughter duo, this Noosa homewares store brings us luxe beachside style at its finest. Clo Studios have made interior dreams come true with their light timber tables, cabinets and consoles, woven rugs and pendants, striking leather chairs and barstools, large-scale photographs and must-have ceramic vases.  One step into this showroom and you’ll understand why it’s rated as one of the best homewares stores on the Sunshine Coast.

Bedouin Traders

Peregian Beach and Mooloolaba

With two locations on the Coast, you have double the chances to drop in to Bedouin Traders. Hands down one of the best homewares stores on the Sunshine Coast, their artworks alone— bright and colourful oil on linen and detailed acrylic on canvas—are a good enough reason to visit. But don’t be fooled, they have so much to offer in the way of interior goodies and fashion, that it’d be impossible to list them all.

Coast Store

Maroochydore

Before even entering this Maroochydore boutique, the beach shack exterior lets you know you’re in for a treat. Coast Store is where sophistication meets beachy, and there’s a bunch of items you won’t be able to leave without, including the large attention-grabbing wooden bowls, cane baskets and raw wood or whitewashed furniture pieces. They also have poolside and palm prints from FINEPRINT Co. perfect for gazing at when it’s rainy outside.

Circa 70

Mooloolaba

If vintage is your jam when it comes to decking out your home, Circa 70 needs to be on your hit list. Stocking a wide range of 20th century pieces such as lounges, dining tables, sideboards, vases and lamps, everything in this store has been restored to perfection. And, if you can’t get to Mooloolaba, keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates of new stock.

Villa Verde Living

Caloundra

The lifestyle boutique in the heart of Caloundra will take you on a journey into unique and sustainable collections from across the globe. Anna, the owner of Villa Verde, developed a taste for exotic design while working as a stylist for some of the largest luxury yachts in the world. Lining the shelves of the store are relaxed and chic cushions, throws and tea towels, gifts for both him and her and a range of organic skincare that smells so good you’ll want to eat it. The store also stocks a wide range of fashion and accessories.

RAW Sunshine Coast

Maroochydore

The handcrafted timber furniture and joinery from RAW might possibly be the definition of perfect. Designed with a Scandinavian influence, each piece is custom-made from locally-sourced sustainable materials. From desks and side tables to benches and shelves, pop into their Maroochydore showroom to eye off the goods in real life. Hot tip: If your budget is tighter than what your heart desires, then hold off until RAW’s epic warehouse sales.

Midmodoz

Peregian Beach

We suggest wearing thongs when entering this mid-century modern living store, because it’s guaranteed to knock your socks off. Midmodoz is renowned for its collection of fully-restored Danish furniture, plus you’ll find reclaimed timber lamps, retro paintings and ceramics, some even by the renowned Danish ceramicist, Bjorn Wiinblad.

Eclectic Style

Noosa

Spanning a variety of design styles, Eclectic Style’s collections range from jungle love and Australian outback to vintage Moroccan. And, if you’re a rattan-lover, you’ll be pleased to know this warehouse is home to a tonne of products that’ll be right up your alley, like rattan beach chairs, rattan magazine racks, rattan hanging chairs…the list goes on. With furniture for every room, wall art, rugs, lighting, tableware and textiles, it’ll be near impossible to leave empty-handed.
