Conceived by three crossfit enthusiasts, Meagan, Sarah and Emma, these three all shared a passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with a strong focus on eating a nutritious diet. Together they created Deliciously Clean Eats, providing people with convenient, fresh food delivered right to their door. With two of the three owners qualified dieticians, all the meals are nutritionally balanced and incorporate a wide variety of flavoursome wholefoods.
Each meal contains all the essential goodness you need, serving up protein, carbohydrates and vegetables to keep you satiated and sustained. Forget about flavourless, uninspiring meals, Deliciously Clean Eats use an abundance of herbs and spices, making them flavoursome while still being full of nutrition. Dietary problems? No problem. These guys offer a range of gluten free, dairy free and low carb options so the whole household can be covered. Plus, the menu is changed weekly so you can be sure to keep things new and fresh each week.
If you’re more of a comfort eater, Mumma’s Sugo is for you, serving up premium and authentic handmade Italian food. As a mother of two, Mumma Sugo understands the need for convenient, delicious and wholesome meals for themselves and their families.
To receive these delightful meals all you need to do is join their order list and you’ll receive a text message each Sunday with their weekly menu. Then simply text back your order and specify pick up or delivery, bellissimo! Prices range from $9 to $30 and you can expect delicious Italian ragus, sauces and meals made using high quality free range meat, Capriccio Italian tomato products and locally sourced herbs and produce.
The Rolling Dolmade
Creating a menu that features seasonal and organic local produce, The Rolling Dolmade believes in the beauty of a home cooked meal and plate up dishes from every corner of the globe. Offering a fortnightly delivery service, these guys know how to make meal time a breeze, with meals delivered to your home or work, you can eat them fresh or freeze them for a later date.
To jump on board, simply join their mailing list and look out for their menu sent out every fortnight on a Friday. All that’s left to do is make your selection by Tuesday for Friday delivery. So it’s time to say goodbye to copious cooking, ditch the dishes and enjoy a night off the tools thanks to the deliciousness from The Rolling Domade.
Harnessing on the full potential of plants, Soulara creates ready made meals packed full of superfoods, legumes, nuts, seeds, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables bursting with vitamins and minerals. Eating the rainbow has never been so easy, with each meal providing the energy and nutrition you need to live your best life.
Designed by expert chefs and nutritionists, there’s a range of delicious meals to choose from. Our favourites? We can’t go past the Golden Coconut Dahl and the Sunkissed Pesto. Providing their services on a weekly subscription basis, it’s easy to choose a plan to match your lifestyle. Meals range from $11.50 to $8.50 (depending on your subscription), so it’s hard to resist getting their mouth-watering dishes delivered straight to your door.
Previously running two cafes from the Sunshine Coast—Little Boat Espresso and Winnie—Sara started up Tuckshop alongside a team of others who love food and cooking just as much as her in order to bring more good food to good people. Providing custom made menus to cater for guests and events, Tuckshop recently just unveiled their meal delivery services which have left us drooling.
With a flat delivery fee of $10 (or free with orders over $150), make sure to keep an eye out on their Instagram where they’ll reveal their weekly menu, serving sizes and prices. Expect delicious dishes like slow cooked beef brisket, Nona’s Lasagne, chilli con carne and sweet potato laksa, heaven.
