The Verdict
Despite being around for a few years, we’d totally forgive you if you haven’t munched on the deliciously delish fare being served up at Elliotts Bistro. In fact, we kind of feel sorry you.
This husband and wife team serve up brekkie and dinner (Thursday through to Sunday) but it’s their lunch menu that has us blushing. Our picks of the bunch? Start with the ciabatta with hummus, feta and dukkah, and then order the prawn, Hervey Bay scallop and mussel linguine with chilli and gremolata. You’ll understand as soon as you taste it.
Tucked across the road from the beach at Alexandra Headland, this is the perfect spot to break up your time spent lazing on the sand.
