The Verdict
Mooloolaba Esplanade is home to a tonne of restaurants and cafes, but none are quite like Gainsbourg. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (Thursday to Sunday), Gainsbourg are pros at creating innovative menus featuring meals that won’t taste like anywhere else you’ve eaten on the Coast.
Head here for the views and easy access to the beach, stay for the incredible cocktails, superb service (there’s even a sommelier on the team) and delicious mains. These guys also host regular Meet Your Maker dinners, which we can personally vouch for.
