The Verdict
Nguyen Brothers is the Sunshine Coast's first real-deal, authentic Vietnamese restaurant, opening it's doors in late 2017.
Decked out with timber tables and stools, a long turquoise-coloured booth, pastel tiles and, of course, delicious-smelling wafts of authentic dishes, this is the ultimate space for sophisticated dining with a laid-back atmosphere.
The menu offers everything from spring rolls and crispy pancakes stuffed with pork as entrees, before moving onto big, more feast-like dishes—think: caramelised pork in the clay pot, deep-fried whole snapper or a cabbage salad loaded with fresh herbs and chicken. And pho-get slurping anywhere else to get your noodle fix, these guys have got you covered with loads of vermicelli. Basically, we’re in heaven.
