The name doesn’t do justice to this seriously awesome boulangerie. Trust us when we say, Noosa Hot Bread Shop is NOT your standard cake shop—it’s next-level stuff. Pretend like you’re in France and munch on a flakey croissant or devour the best croque monsieur this side of the Left Bank—their sourdough with housemade jam is also a winner.
And, if you’re looking for somewhere to dine come nightfall, Noosa Hot Bread Shop turns into a French bistro by night, from Wednesday through to Saturday. Which means you can basically eat ALL of the French food, no matter the hour of the day.
