They say good things come to those who wait and Pavilion Mooloolaba is certainly proving them right. Perhaps one of the most hotly anticipated venue openings of 2021, we’ve finally snuck a sneak peek inside Pavilion Mooloolaba and we are officially in love.
Located just a stone’s throw from Mooloolaba’s stunning shoreline, the Pavilion boasts uninterrupted sweeping views of the ocean, balmy sea breezes and an intimate, laid back vibe. Step through the inviting archway and you’ll immediately feel like you’ve been transported to the sunny beaches of Capri. The dreamy interior oozes Mediterranean vibes, with terracotta hued feature tiles, creamy white tones and splashes of greenery. This is the perfect backdrop to your next boozy brunch, sunset drinks sesh or late-night cocktails.
The carefully curated menu is simplistic, yet refined, much like the Pavilion itself. Indulge in the tastes of a European summer with their modern share-style menu, which already has us drooling. Start with freshly shucked oysters, crispy cauliflower tacos and forest mushroom arancini before moving onto their famous 72-hour fermented base pizzas, which are tantalisingly topped with delicacies like slow-roasted lamb shoulder, vegan butternut and garlic prawns.
As expected, their drinks are divinely to-die-for, with all your favourite classics and a few extra special ones thrown in for good measure. Any drink is immeasurably better when drunk while gazing out at gorgeous sea views, with a cool sea breeze rolling in. We can already picture glorious summer days here; soaking up the stunning ocean view, throwing back ice-cold drinks and basking in the vibrant atmosphere.
