The Verdict

Tucked away in Peregian Beach, at the edge of a little village square, Pitchfork’s food wouldn’t be out of place in any of Sydney or Melbourne’s top restaurants and we're certainly lucky to have them bless our forks on the Sunshine Coast.

This is truly casual fine dining at it's best; Head Chef Hughen Marino carefully curates each dish to create an exquisite marriage of delicate flavours. You'll struggle to choose between delicacies like grilled prawns with asparagus labneh and lemon thyme brown butter, tempura zucchini flowers with ricotta chestnut salsa verde and Moreton Bay bug linguini with tomato basil panngratto. We're already drooling. 

Hot tip: These guys love their cheese. Their baked goat’s cheese with honey and walnut dressing is a local favourite and there is literally nothing better than sipping on sunset drinks while slurping down their sublime oysters. If you're going to splurge on one fine dining restaurant on the Sunshine Coast, make it Pitchfork Restaurant.
