The Verdict
Somedays Pizza is the creation of Nathan Ramsay and Shane Newton; two guys who know hospitality’s ropes well and wanted to inject something a little different into the Sunshine Coast’s pizza scene.
So, what can you expect? Getting the dough right was priority, so you’ll appreciate the organic stone milled base—a blend of white and wholemeal flour—and a crust that is an enticing combination of crispy, airy and light. Slightly larger than your average size and a bit more rustic in presentation, each pizza is generously topped with sustainably, and in most cases locally, grown produce, so you’ll be tasting the best of everything. The icing on the cake, or should we say pizza, is the leopard charring that can only come from being wood-fired. Yum!
