For those after a more informal yet still incredible dining option, sister restaurant The Short Apron offers a fresh, simple yet effective a la carte menu full of modern takes on classic dishes. Using stunning seafood and homegrown produce (including the property’s huge variety of herbs grown on site) Spicers also works closely with local producers and farmers exclusively for each season and menu. Delicious breakfast options for both in-house and day guests also showcase top-notch local Sunshine Coast ingredients.

The property’s day spa, Spa Anise, features an opulent marble and timber fit out, a large corner spa and private courtyard—the perfect way to wind down after exploring the local wineries, nearby Kondalilla National Park and, naturally, the magnificent beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
