The Verdict
Found in a little black shed on Wises Road in Maroochydore this new independent local roastery is an extension of the one of the best cafes on the Sunshine Coast, The Colombian Coffee Co.
While the main purpose of this warehouse space is to roast, blend and distribute coffee beans to cafes across the region and beyond, it also acts as an espresso bar. Which means you are welcome to drop by Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am, to sample their house-roasted brews.
