Henrietta Charcoal Chicken Is Dropping A New Menu Item: A Limited-Edition Fire-Inspired Snack Pack

Yep, you read that right. It's about to be winner, winner, chicken dinner. We've joined forces with Henrietta, Sydney's far-from-average charcoal chicken shop, and Kettle, to celebrate their new Firemasters range—bold, fire-inspired flavours that are cranking up the heat this winter. 

Available for one month only, from 4 June to 4 July, the Henrietta Snack Pack (HSP) is a fire-fuelled snack pack with serious swagger, inspired by Kettle Firemasters BBQ Chicken & Chimichurri Potato Chips. Think crispy, loaded goodness with just the right amount of charred flavour.

The never-before-served dish involves a bed of golden hot chips loaded with juicy fire-grilled chicken shawarma straight off the flaming hot plate. From there, a trio of sauces gets doused over the top, including creamy toum mayonnaise, Henrietta's Chilli sauce and smoky BBQ sauce. The final touch? A crunchy topping of crushed Kettle Firemasters BBQ Chicken & Chimichurri Potato Chips.
