Back by popular demand, Gin Palooza will be lighting up Sydney this Spring with all things dedicated to your fave botanical spirit.

The two-day festival is locked to take place this September at the International Convention Centre (ICC). Set to host 33 craft distillers and showcase more than 160 craft gins from Australia's leading distillers, you'll be treated to endless gin tastings, masterclasses and cocktail-making classes.

Boutique distillers on the lineup include Giniversity, The Farmers Wife, Martin Distillation Company, Newy Distillery, Distillery Botanica, Prohibition Liquor Co, Barossa Distilling, Manly Spirits, Settlers Spirits, Ambleside Distillers and a whole heap more.

There'll also be free coffees on-site from Schibello Coffee, and stomach-lining gourmet treats to keep you sustained between tastings like cod croquettes, beef sliders, arancini balls and gin-cured Atlantic salmon.

Gin Palooza will be observing a COVIDSafe Plan in line with government regulations to ensure the safety of everyone attending.
