It's back. After two whole years, Sydney's most iconic wine blowout on an island is on the return, which means come 2022, your schedule will be well and truly handled.

If you love wine, beautiful harbour views and epic feeds, this is the ultimate adult playground for you. Once you set sail on the Fever-Tree Ferries towards the famous Clark Island, you'll get to explore a tasty line-up of wineries including Chateau Tanunda, Dal Zotto, Hungerford Hill, Kirrihill Wines, Thomas Wines, and a whole heap more.

Along with this, the island will also play home to gourmet food, treasure chests filled with island cocktails, a silent vino disco, "Pinot & Picasso" paint and sip, wine masterclasses, and live music too.

Get sipping at the 4 Pines Beer Garden, an Archie Rose Gin Bar, Brix Distillers, frosé and prosé, Grainshaker Vodka, Ned's Whisky, a Fever-Tree Island Spritz Bar, Brookvale Union Seltzer, Punch Bar and, if you still needed more convincing—an Iced Tea Bar too.

As with all Wine Island happenings, the food game is just as strong as the drinks. Load up on big feeds from the likes of Olio Kensington Street, Joey’s Lobsters, and BL Burgers, or line your stomach with the finer things in life including fresh oysters and cheese platters.

This year, Wine Island will hold a limited number of guests per session from Friday 18 March until Sunday 20 March. There will be two sessions per day, a morning session at 10am and an afternoon session at 4pm with two packages on offer:

  • 5 Star Experience: includes return transfers from King Street Wharf and Clark Island, cocktail on the forward trip, five wine tastings, a Wine Island tumbler, and complimentary Wine Selectors masterclasses, and more for $109 per person.
