Russell Beard of the famed Reuben Hills café in Surry Hills has joined forces with Melbourne's specialty roasters Seven Seeds to bring you the Paramount Coffee Project (PCP). The new coffee bar features regular presentations by international and local coffee producers, with a constant evolution in the coffee offerings being showcased. The food has an overarching American slant with specialties like waffles, hot dogs and fried chicken. In true Reuben Hills style, the interior is minimalist—no bells and whistles.
