The verdict
Long a wasteland of big pubs and over-priced touristy spots, Manly has come full circle with a band of boutique cafes and bars catering to cultured locals.
Sydney cafe, Showbox Coffee Brewers, which opened in early 2014, is just one example, with coffee roasts sourced from the likes of Reuben Hills and Mecca, and an ever-changing and rather surprising menu worth checking out.
