Try Park Pilates, HIIT And Boxing Classes For Free This Week

By

We're big fans of an outdoor workout sesh here at Urban List, from early morning H.I.I.T to early evening yoga classes. Our biggest motivators? Catching some rays, breathing fresh air, and meeting new mates. With all-year-round summer vibes and sprawling green spaces, Brisbane is the ideal city to kick-start your wellness journey in the great outdoors.

To help you get cracking, we've teamed up with Brisbane City Council to round up free and affordable classes and activities to try this spring. We're talking yoga sessions for mums and bubs, soccer for kids, cardio and strength classes, and Pilates in the park. The real sweetener? Most of these classes are absolutely free—yep, you heard that right. All you need to do is register to reserve a spot.
