Emma Bishop
Head Of Content: Features And Lifestyle | Urban List
Emma is an avid film buff, a lover of conversations, and a sucker for a colourful outfit. Before joining Urban List in 2023, she was the Brand and Editorial Lead at Sitchu, running a team of content producers across local and lifestyle content. With over a decade of experience in media, Emma knows how to tell a story that people want to engage with, whatever the format or channel.
As Head of Content: Features and Lifestyle, Emma commissions the best contributors across travel, entertainment and features to tell stories our audience loves. While she's been living in Australia for over 11 years, Emma grew up in Aotearoa, so she's a sucker for a Kiwi story.
When she's not producing new content series, interviewing talent and running a team of writers, you can find Emma at the cinema (which just so happens to be across the road from her house), hopping between wine bars, or on the dancefloor at a local gig. You'll also find her on another adventure, travelling to new cities and getting to the heart of what makes them special.
