A Multi-Level Luxury Fitness And Wellness Hub Is Landing In West End Early Next Year

Pulling on activewear is always a little easier when your destination is a luxuriously designed fitness and wellness hub, and soon southsiders can do just that with Function Well announcing they’re opening a brand-new flagship in West End.
Located in the highly sought-after West Village precinct, Function Well West End will be spread across four floors of integrated wellness, recovery and fitness facilities—a first of its kind for below the river. It’s got everything you need to kick your health and fitness goals in one premium space, combining performance, restoration and lifestyle in their most elevated offering to date.

You can expect a 27/7 workout area, five custom-built studio spaces, a Recovery Cave, private recovery suites, and a Restoration Zone with both traditional and advanced recovery methods. There will also be a heated immersive yoga room, reformer Pilates, saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, red light therapy, massage, compression boots, and functional training sessions and classes.
With an emphasis on Functional Well’s holistic yin (restoration and recovery) and yang (training and performance) approach to total wellbeing, the hub will double as a meeting place with a Business Lounge for members to use between workouts and a cafe serving a wellness-focused and nutrient-dense food and beverage offering.

Function Well first launched in Newstead, where it now sits across three expansive levels in the waterfront Breakfast Creek Lifestyle Precinct. It did have a second location in Toombul, which was unfortunately forced to close in the 2022 floods. Despite the hurdles, Function Well continues to grow from strength to strength—encouraging you to do the same in their thoughtfully appointed spaces.
